The current lineup consists of lead vocalist Davey Havok and drummer Adam Carson—both founding members—along with bassist Hunter Burgan and guitarist Jade Puget. Originally rooted in hardcore punk, AFI’s music has evolved over the years to encompass genres such as post-hardcore, emo, gothic rock, and alternative rock.
