Air Fear Of God 1 ''String/The Question'' sneakers The Nike Air Fear of God 1 “String/The Question” is inspired by designer Jerry Lorenzo’s hero, Allen Iverson. Both Nike and Lorenzo went all out for the marketing of the shoe as various editorial images shot by photographer Gary Land depict Lorenzo recreating some of Iverson’s most iconic and recognizable photos. As for the sneaker, the upper features a black nylon collar and a contrasting cream suede forefoot. The color repeats on the synthetic cages around the collar that assist in housing the staggered lacing system. A zip closure in the heel allows for easy on-off access. Mini Swoosh detailing appears on the forefoot while Nike Air and Fear of God branding covers the heel.
