x Patta Air Span II QS "Friends & Family" sneakers The Patta x Nike Air Span II “Friends & Family” is a special edition of the original Infrared colorway of the classic running shoe by the Amsterdam-based boutique. Famous for their many Nike retro runner collaborations, Patta teamed up with Nike Sportswear for this modified version of the Air Span II featuring two tweaks to the original design of the running shoe: a Patta logo patch on the tongue and a mini-Swoosh added to the toe. Housed in a special box, the colorway was produced in early 2018 in very limited numbers only for friends and family of Patta, and it never officially released at retail.
