New Balance designed the RC Elite 2 with a FuelCell midsole and full-length carbon fiber plate for maximum speed when you need it most. The FuelCell foam is lightweight and bouncy to help drive you forward, while the carbon fiber plate adds a propulsive feel to the ride. Designers wrapped the racing shoe in a breathable knit upper for comfort, and they constructed a traditional collar for a familiar, low-profile fit. New Balance also added a light rubber outsole to improve traction on pavement so you don’t spin your wheels when you hit top speed. With a midfoot cutout in the foam to further reduce weight, the men's New Balance FuelCell RC Elite v2 is primed for PRs.
