If you know, you know, but we’ll still tell you. Iron Heart’s UHR (Ultra-Heavy Raw) denim has a bit of a cult status among their fanbase, and is not for the faint of heart. This is a heavyweight, unsanforized jean that begins at 21oz, and beefs up to around 23oz with the initial soak. And to up the ante, it’s now available in their slim 555 cut, aggressively tapered with a mid-rise. If you’re up to the challenge, your reward will be sharp creasing and high-contrast fades in a class entirely their own. Details Features - Slim cut - Medium/high rise - 21/23oz Japanese selvedge denim - 21oz raw denim that will become 23oz when washed - Button fly and hidden rivets - Lined rear pockets - Belt loops sewn into waistband - Selvedge ID on fly and inseam - Poly/cotton constructional stitching - Amount of shrinkage will depend on how hot and vigorously jeans are washed, on 40 degree C wash you can expect approximately 1" shrinkage on waist, up to 2" shrinkage on inseam.
