The 2021 edition of the Nike ACG Air Mowabb OG ‘Gravity Purple’ revives one of the OG colorways of Tinker Hatfield’s iconic outdoor creations. Originally released in 1991, the rugged silhouette shares design features with the Air Huarache, a running shoe that debuted the same year. The similarities include a neoprene sleeve and exoskeletal heel cage, both rendered here in black with Nike branding in University Gold. The rest of the upper is constructed from layered purple nubuck with perforated detailing for improved breathability. A navy-colored foam midsole is supported underfoot by a lugged rubber outsole.
