The 2023 edition of the Nike Air Alpha Force 88 ‘University Red’ brings back the vintage hoops shoe worn by Michael Jordan during a January 1988 game against the New York Knicks. Finished in an OG Chicago-inspired colorway, the low-top features a white tumbled leather upper secured with traditional lace closure and an adjustable forefoot strap in black. University Red accents land on the shoe’s molded eyelets, padded collar and signature Swoosh. Nike Air branding embellishes the sockliner and heel, while a retro Air Force logo decorates the tongue.
