The Comme des Garçons Homme Plus x Nike Air Max 97 ‘Glacier Grey’ gives the vintage running shoe a neutral two-tone makeover. Debuting at the Japanese brand’s Fall/Winter 2022 runway show in Tokyo, the retro silhouette dons a white mesh upper with flowing grey suede overlays inspired by water ripples. Embroidered Swooshes decorate the tongue and quarter panel, while ‘Air Max’ is inscribed on the webbing heel tab in silver lettering. The sockliner features 'Comme des Garçons Homme Plus' surrounded by a series of Swooshes. Buoyant cushioning is provided by a full-length Air-sole unit housed within a white polyurethane midsole.
