The leather upper features a black base with metallic gold accents that tie into the history of the Pawnshop skate store in Covina, California, as owner Anthony Piscopo pawned a gold ring in order to buy a skateboard for his son Donovon (who would go on to become a Nike SB team rider). The dark brown top layer on the toe box and Swoosh is designed to weary away, revealing a metallic gold finish underneath. Gold-colored suede lines the interior, while mismatched sockliners display Nike SB and Pawnshop branding. This pair comes in a special Pawnshop box, featuring custom artwork by Lance Mountain.
