The UNDERCOVER x Nike Dunk High 1985 ‘Chaos’ applies a monochrome finish to a reshaped build that’s faithful to Peter Moore’s original design. Jun Takahashi dresses the retro silhouette in a blank-slate white leather upper with unique branding elements. They include ‘CHAOS’ and ‘GLEICHGEWICHT’ — German for ‘balance’ — stamped in black lettering across the heel of the left and right shoe. Smaller print embroidered on the back collar of each shoe displays the phrases ‘NEUES LEBEN’ and ‘NEUER LARM,’ which translate to ‘new life’ and ‘new noise,’ respectively.
