In October 2019, Puma celebrated the 35th anniversary of Tetris with a commemorative RS 9.8. The sneaker pays tribute to the 80s arcade game in white perforated textile with leather and suede panels, a co-branded tongue and prominent Formstrips. Thematic detailing includes a falling-tile print on heel, date graphic across the forefoot and color-pop TPU accents. Under a PU midsole, the ombre-colored rubber outsole reveals the game's logo.
