WWII U.S. Marine Corps Air Corps Overcoat – 1940s Military Issue This is an original World War II-era U.S. Marine Corps Air Corps overcoat, dated approximately between 1943–1945, as marked by the Quartermaster’s Dept. on the inner lining. These coats were standard issue for air service personnel during WWII and were designed for cold-weather conditions, providing both functionality and authority with their structured silhouette and double-breasted design. The coat is identified to a specific serviceman: D.R. Bland, 625733, a rare touch of historical provenance.
