Chinos take their name from the fabric they are made from. Chino cloth is a cotton twill originally developed for the military. This version of what is now a classic casual pant is made from 9oz Japanese selvedge chino cloth. Iron Heart offers a number of different chino pants, this is our relaxed tapered or '888' cut with a little more room in the top block. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage. - No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines Stretch Details - This fabric is not expected to stretch significantly at the waist or in other areas Care Guidelines - We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
