Knitted in Wakayama on 1980’s loopwheel machines, the 5.5oz T-Shirt is made from 100% combed yarn cotton for a supremely soft and comfortable feel. This particular model has been pigment dyed, a traditional method of colouring fabrics that adheres the pigments to the surface of the fibres instead of dissolving them in water or solvents. As it uses less chemicals, this is a more eco-friendly dyeing technique, resulting in a gentle, vintage-like hue. Sourced directly from nature, the pigment used for this pale pink colourway is derived from the pruned branches of Japanese Sakura trees.
