This unique "art-to-wear" duster is made by renowned fiber artist Tim Harding, and it's signed by the artist in bronze paint on the inside of the coat. The fold back collar and lapels reveal the black dupioni silk shell that Harding has completely covered in layered strips of different types of silk with raw edges. Although the colors vary widely from beige to royal blue to maroon and bronze, there is a an overall unifying element in the transition of the colors around the coat. The coat has on-seam pockets and no closure, so wear it as a robe or a duster in the daytime to an upscale brunch or in the evening as stunning outerwear to a dressier occasion - or as loungewear when you're feeling particularly indulgent. According to the measurements, and for a slightly oversized look, the coat would work well for sizes in the 6-8 range. Please refer to the measurements for the best guidance regarding actual size and compare with a similar garment that fits you. NOTE: Shipping cost includes insurance.
