Military - French Army Motorcycle Over Pants (1940s)

Description

IG: Guerrero_sto French Army Motorcycle Over Pants (1940s) Cotton canvas overprints used by French motorcycle units in ww2. These pants feature a front flap and cinch tie waist for a snug fit, reenforced inner thighs, and cinch straps on the ankles. The hem also has a button so that if the cinch strap doesn't flap around when it's not in use. This particular pair has been dyed black from its original dark green colour, which in my opinion looks amazing. Unfortunately the dye covered the markings in the waist. They are meant to fit over other pants, so they are a bit bigger than normal. But thanks to the belt, these pants are able to fit on many different waist sizes. they are made out of a heavy and durable material, and the shape is very nice. they would make great winter pants to fit on top of other pants. Also worth noting that Rick Owens reimagined these pants in silk for his SS04 collection (see last pic) Size: unmarked, adjustable Condition: 9/10 Color: black
