Loretta Caponi learned embroidery at 9 years old - it's what led her to open the namesake atelier in Florence, Italy in 1967 and remains at root of the label's designs still today. A perfect example, this 'Fiocchini' dress has blue broderie anglaise flowers that frame the straps, square neck and slightly loose shape. It's made from lightweight cotton-poplin and traced with sharp pintucked pleats at the bust.
