Vintage USAF CMU-3/P jumpsuit

Description

60's USAF CMU-3/P HBT jumpsuit. The contractor is MASON & HUGHES INC, and the mil spec is MIL-C-27845A.The contract number from the 1963 fiscal year is listed. This item is said to have been worn by mechanics working in USAF missile hangars. Generally, a fabric like cotton sateen is used.The front features a black CONMAR zipper. The top is a sewn plastic button instead of a snap. The flap, sleeves, and hem are secured with Velcro. There are slight stains near the left thigh and near the center of the back. There is no damage and I think the condition is quite good. The size is X-large Regular.It's hard to come across cotton satin CMU-3/P, but herringbone twill fabric is almost impossible to find, so I think it's a perfect item for your collection.
