This "Hyper Royal" colorway of the Air Jordan 13 was released early in 2018. It wasn’t an entirely new edition, however. An Air Jordan 13 with a white leather and royal blue suede upper was originally created in the early 2000’s as a special player edition for former NBA player and Jordan Brand team member Quentin Richardson. That PE was a coveted rarity for years, and now more Air Jordan fans can have a chance to own their own version with the clean Air Jordan 13 “Hyper Royal.”
