The New Balance XC-72 Gore-Tex “Triple Black” is a monochromatic black colorway of the retro-modern shoe with a weather-resistant construction. Made for inclement weather conditions, the XC-72 Gore-Tex features a water-resistant design that keeps the wearer’s feet dry in harsh conditions. The shoe has an all-black appearance, with a black nylon base and black suede overlays on the toe, forefoot, and eyelets. An oversized “N” logo appears on either side of the shoe. Underfoot, a black rubber sole with treading that extends to the front of the toe gives the shoe an aggressive, contemporary-yet-retro look.
