The Nike Air Flight Huarache OG “White/Varsity Purple” is an original colorway of the retro basketball shoe that was famously worn by members of the “Fab 5” Michigan Wolverines college basketball team in the early 1990s. Co-designed by Tinker Hatfield and Eric Avar in 1992, the Air Flight Huarache OG has been re-released numerous times, including this 2023 edition. This modern version of the shoe is nearly identical to the original pair from ‘92. The shoe features a white leather upper with a purple and blue neoprene inner bootie. A black molded heel cage provides stability for the wearer’s foot. “Nike Air Huarache” branding is found on the tongue. A white foam midsole completes the look of this legendary basketball shoe.
