The Nike Dunk Low “Setsubun” is a colorway of the vintage basketball and lifestyle shoe that is inspired by Japan’s celebration of the first day of spring. The event, which is designed to rid you of bad fortune and spirits of the previous year, is also referred to as the “Bean-Throwing Festival,” and is celebrated on the “Setsubun” Dunk. The design features a tan leather base with a cracked appearance. Contrasting brown synthetic leather is found on the toe cap, forefoot, and heel. A purple leather Swoosh appears on the sides. Original artwork by Utagawa Kuniyoshi appears on the lateral side of the heel.
