The release couldn't be more timely, as the Air Max 97 celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2017. Released in a black and white option alongside an apparel collection of hoodies, t-shirts, socks, and bags, UNDFTD pays tribute to Italy’s love for the model by dressing the wavy side panel stripes in Speed Red and Gorge Green. Premium patent leather coats the mudguard, while the classic reflective 3M gives some semblance of the OG feel. Undefeated branding appears on the stripes, while the boutique’s signature tally logo can be seen on the insole.
