The adidas Yeezy 450 “Dark Slate” is a stealthy, black monochromatic colorway of the future-forward, sock-like shoe by Kanye West and adidas. After teasing the shoe for nearly three years, the Yeezy 450 debuted to much fanfare in February 2021 when adidas unveiled the model’s launch colorway, the “Cloud White.” The “Dark Slate” succeeds the aforementioned design. The progressive style combines a black sock-like woven upper with a one-piece black EVA foam sole that extends up to the collar. A traditional lacing system appears on the top of the shoe in lieu of the 450’s sock-like appearance. Release date: June 25, 2021
