The Nike Air VaporMax SE Laceless Pure Platinum is a more futuristic version of the Air Max, a slip-on shoe ready for everyday wear in a subtly metallic colorway. The Laceless iteration of the Pure Platinum colorway of the Nike VaporMax Special Edition features a snug, stretchy Flyknit upper that is both lightweight and breathable as it hugs your foot. A translucent TPU overlay begins at the midfoot, wraps around to form a heel counter, and ends at the other midfoot. White Nike Swooshes adorn the side panels, while Nike VaporMax branding hits the tag at the front center of the collar. VaporMax branding appears on the vertical white heel tab and the white insoles. Underfoot, a translucent full-length Air unit replaces the need for a midsole to give you the feeling of walking on air. What we like most about this sneaker are the white webbing strips placed where the eye stays would have been, adding a distinctive aesthetic element while calling attention to the laceless aspect of this sneaker.
