Christmas inspired sneakers have become the standard for holidays and in 2013 Reebok went big the Reebok Shaq Attaq "Ghost of Christmas Present" colorway. The Reebok "Ghosts of Christmas" Pack featured three of Reebok’s classic basketball sneakers. The Reebok Question, Reebok Kamikaze II, and Shaquille O’Neal’s first sneaker, the Reebok Shaq Attaq. The colorways are inspired by the Charles Dickenson classic, A Christmas Carol, which is the story of Ebenezer Scrooge being visited by three ghosts. In the story, the Ghost of Christmas Present wears a dark green robe, which is the basis for this Shaq Attaq colorway. In addition to the dark green upper, the Shaq Attaq features a red inner lining and neon green patent on the tongue and collar. The iconic Reebok Pump ball on the tongue comes in a rubberized neon green finish. With the official colorway of Green/Green/White-Red the Ghost of Christmas Present Shaq Attaq appropriately represents both the big fella from the story and The Big Fella, Shaquille O’Neal on this remake of Shaq’s first signature sneaker.
