"Nanamica" has developed an original thick-count uneven yarn, which is made of recycled polyester covered with cotton outside, and rope-dyed. This yarn is used for the warp, and a thick-count cotton nep yarn with a vintage feel is used for the weft. The denim is slowly woven with air on an old-style shuttle loom, giving it an uneven texture.
