Revillon by Rick Owens FW03 “Monkey” Jacket

This is the first of two reeditions of the iconic 1990s monkey fur jacket from Rick (the second would come a decade later for Fall 2015 SPHINX). Supposedly only 2 of the original version of the jacket were produced, making this early reiteration of the concept the closest to the original garment any of us are likely to get. This jacket is spectacular, with the frayed fur spiraling down across the upper of the torso and down the skinny, elongated sleeves. The jacket has a double hook and bar closure and slit pockets at the front with a flared hemline at the back of the waist and gathered leather seaming at the shoulders. A true collectors piece. Tagged a 36. In used condition with some wear to the leather. I have no idea how to go about pricing this piece. Please message me with any serious offers. Thank you!
