Other DesignersSears - Hercules Macintosh Wool Coat

Description
This is an actual 1950s vintage piece from Hercules, the inhouse brand of Sears & Roebuck. It is by far the heaviest coat I've ever worn and owned. This is heavy duty wool that feels like an actual weight around your shoulder. If it doesn't keep you warm, you're probably already dead. Due to it's age, the interior lining has become unstitched inside the sleeves and cuffs (note the pictures), but the wool coat itself has literally no tears, holes, rips, etc. The color does have some fading, but given the decades I think that's pretty forgivable. I believe the coat still has all its original buttons and the liner of the body portion is still intact. The pocket linings are also all intact. The only other flaw is the coat rack hook has become unstitched, but it's a fairly simple repair if that's an issue. Feel free to make offers and ask for more pics/measurements, but please keep in mind the weight of the coat in regards to offers/shipping. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say this is an extremely heavy coat for the size. I'd estimate it to be at least 5 pounds.
