The Addison Earrings are romantic pearl-set hydrangeas, each individual petal hand-formed of clay, a process in which actual flower petals are pressed to achieve the realistic floral texture, each one painted by hand with careful restraint that results in an unbelievably lifelike wash of color. A sweet "Something Blue" complete with a crystal pearl drop, hydrangeas are traditionally favored by brides in the language of flowers. Because they are formed by hand, no two earrings are alike, and each pair is a one-of-a-kind wearable work of art. Material The Addison Earrings are made by hand in New York from 18K gold plated brass, hand-sculpted polymer clay flowers, and Austrian crystal pearl accents. All clay flowers have hand-made variances in color and markings, making each one unique.They have a surgical-steel post, are nickel-free, and safe for sensitive skin. We recommend storing earrings in their dust bag while not in use, and avoiding contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and other chemicals.
