Their uncanny realism makes them indistinguishable from real flowers, achieved by pressing flowers into clay for organic textures, and hand-painting for color that captures nature's nuances. Poppies are traditionally associated with dreams and magic— fitting for a dreamy earring with a spellbinding presence. Material The Demetria Earrings are made by hand in New York from Ukrainian hand-sculpted polymer clay flowers. All clay flowers have hand-made variances in color and markings, making each one unique. They have a surgical-steel post, are nickel-free, and safe for sensitive skin. We recommend storing earrings in their dust bag while not in use, and avoiding contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and other chemicals.
